Givon on Paper is an online platform for collecting (purchasing) rare artworks on paper. The website also serves as a resource for preservation, mapping, and cataloging artworks, which combines leading contemporary artists and The Givon Art Collection – a renowned Israel art collection, founded in the 1950s.

By visiting our website and/or purchasing works of art and/or products from us (“Items”), you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink, including without limitation, Privacy Policy. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the website, including without limitation, users who are vendors, customers, browsers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Items

We are committed to making all efforts to display as accurately as possible the state and condition of each work of art by state-of-the-art reproduction photography and/or high-quality scans. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our Items to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis.

All descriptions of Items or Items pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance to sell any Item.

We reserve the right to discontinue selling any Item at any time. We do not warrant that the quality of any Item, Product, Service, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations.

All prices include VAT (17%).

* For purchases outside of Israel, we are unable to refund the VAT that does not apply to you (see below for information on your local taxes). You are welcome to contact us regarding this matter before making the purchase, and we will try to address your needs.

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the purchase price listed on our website. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and will be required by local customs authorities upon delivery. We recommend reviewing the customs regulations in your country before placing your order.

We are not responsible if the information made available on this website is not accurate, complete, current, and/or updated. Any reliance on the information on this website is at your discretion. Refund

Please note that the majority of the items manufactured by the artists, by us, and by Givon Art Gallery (Givon Art Collection) are tailor-made, they are influenced by time and the materials that are described within each work’s page and are available to view. If you’re unsure of the state of the work, item, or product before purchase - you are encouraged to contact us by email or by WhatsApp.

Please note that some of the items manufactured by the artists, by us, and by Givon Art Gallery (Givon Art Collection) are tailor-made according to our customer’s special requirements, and therefore, as stated in Section 4c (d) of the Law, a transaction for goods manufactured according to the customer’s special dimensions or requirements cannot be canceled.

Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

Occasionally there may be information on our website or in the Service or Items that contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to the Item’s descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, Items shipping information or charges, transit times, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Items or Service is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
