Pinchas Zinovich
Pinchas Zinovich (1943-2007) was an abstract Israeli painter. He was awarded the Ministry of Culture Prize for an Israeli Artist (2002), and the Discount Bank Prize for an Israeli Artist from the Israel Museum in Jerusalem (1989). In the early 1970s, he focused primarily on etching and printworks, later transitioning to oil and watercolor paintings. He exhibited in a variety of Israeli galleries and institutions, including a comprehensive solo show at the Tel Aviv Museum of Art (1993) and at the Mishkan Museum of Art, Ein Harod (2005).
