Aharon Kahana
Aharon Kahana (1905–1967) was a German-Jewish painter. Kahana worked in a variety of styles, including figurative and realistic landscapes and portraits. He later began working in abstraction, with geometric shapes and European influences. Over time, alongside the establishment of the "New Horizons" group (of which he was a founding member), the geometric forms began to take on an abstract aspect, hinting at mythological symbols carved in stone.
